JOINT VENTURE EQUITY
In cases where a property owner is seeking a partner as opposed to a traditional lender due to the lack of current available property cash flow to support an interest payment and/or because the property requires a major repositioning effort, ACRES will thoroughly analyze the merits of the project, operator, market and returns in order to provide a direct equity investment.
